But your health data lives locally on your device and is never synced to our cloud on the Free plan; the account just secures your AI med look-ups and keeps them fair (2/day). The trade-off of local storage is that data is tied to that device — if you get a new phone or laptop, use CSV export to migrate it. Cloud sync across devices is a Pro feature.
